Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tags attached, unwashed, NO perfume smells or odours and unworn). We also require that you include a copy of the receipt that you received with your order.
Please enclose your invoice, a prepaid parcel and the merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods and mail to:

Please be sure to pack your items carefully for shipment, as we are not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost en route to our store. For international customers, please send your package via an insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
- Discounted items are final sales and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear or swimming gear.
All customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
If we ever do send you incorrect merchandise, we will send out the correct order with a reply paid satchel for you to return the incorrect goods.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department immediately.
