1.How To Order

• To purchase online Select the product you wish to purchase by clicking 'Add to Cart', which places the item in your shopping cart.
• Repeat for additional items yo wish to buy.
• When you have finished shopping, click 'proceed to checkout'.
• There are several steps in the checkout process, but you will be automatically prompted to enter your billing details, shipping address, and credit card information.
• The system will automatically add the freight cost for your purchase.
•  If you encounter any problem as you make your purchase please contact us. When you send in your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
• The email will have an order reference number. You can check the status of your order online by logging in to your Account.
• All orders will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of payment. Now that you have made a successful purchase we hope you enjoy your new maternity wear.

 All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible however a slight variation may occur in colour due to the different settings of an individual's computer screen.
 

If an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. Though occasionally, due to high demand, we may be out of stock of certain items. If we do not have an item in stock that you've ordered, you will be contacted via email or by phone. We do not charge your credit card for out of stock items.

2.Payment

We accept payments from our customers through the following methods:

 Direct Banking (in Australian Dollars) Deposit payment directly – which can be conveniently done via the internet, ATM or over-the-counter - into Barefoot & Beyond business bank account. Please email sales@barefootandbeyond.com.au to advise of payment so that we can proceed with your order.

 Cheques (in Australian Dollars) All cheque payments are to be made out to "Barefoot & Beyond" and sent to: Barefoot & Beyond Shop 2/421 Banna Ave Griffith NSW 2680 As soon as the cheque clears we will despatch your order(s).

 Credit Card (in Australian Dollars) Make payments online with your Visa or MasterCard. Upon checkout, simply select the option to pay by credit card. You will be redirected to a secure-server page where you can enter your credit card information. You will then be prompted confirm or cancel the transaction. When a transaction is successful, we will then provide you with an electronic receipt.

3.Delivery

              All parcels are sent via Australia Post.

All goods are thoroughly examined before packaging to ensure they are sent in A1 condition. Whilst we accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system please notify us if your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged and we will look into it for you.

If your goods arrive damaged, Australia Post will request to view them before any claims can be made.We highly recommend you use Registered Post if you are concerned about lost or damaged parcels. This is an additional cost of $2.00 for the first $100.00 and $1.20 for every $100.00 after.
 

All international deliveries are sent by Airmail Registered Post and will take approximately 4-10 business working days to arrive. Some destinations may, however, take a longer delivery time than others. The customer is also responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred. For all international deliveries there will be an additional charge dependant on weight of parcel which can be calculated on www.australiapost.com.au .
